Can I exchange my Table Decor?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Table Decor, you can exchange it within 30 days of the shipment date. Please send us an email to 'info@zapurah.com' with your request, and we will come back to you.

How can I return my Table Decor?

It is simple to return or exchange your table decor. This is possible up to 30 days after the shipping date. Please send us an email at 'info@zapurah.com' with your order number and reason for return. Please note: we do not accept table decor that is returned without prior notice per email. Returns are only accepted if the product packaging and the product itself are not damaged. The hangtag with bar-code should be attached to the product. Please include the packing list and the return form in the return package. I have returned my Table Decor. What happens next?

After receiving your package in good order, including all items in undamaged condition, we will refund the amount of your product. The refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original transaction. Depending on your financial institution, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned package.
